We have been hosting travellers for more than 15 years. Our family-run guesthouse (or Casa Particular as they are called in Cuba) started in 1994 when Cuba opened its doors to the world. The country was going through its biggest economic crises and this was one of the few private businesses that were (and still are) allowed for Cubans to own.
Our family hosted independent travellers for American dollars, a currency that was introduced in the country around that period. little by little, we were able to repaint the apartment, redo the bathrooms, renovate the beautiful family mid century furniture and acquire the contemporary art pieces that give our Casa its charm.
We come from an artistic and professional family and love to share with those curious travellers who want to learn more about Cuban culture. We can fluently speak English, German, French and Spanish.
Keeping up with times, Casa Lilly has recently added new methods of payment for your convenience. You no longer have to bring a lot of cash into Cuba, you can use your credit card to book online with us.
We hope you join us one day and enjoy Havana with us!
