These are our house rules:

We expect you to take care of our properties, our furniture and art pieces.

Under no circumstances do we accept overnight unregistered guests in our facilities.

If you are booking our private apartment we require a security deposit of 100CUC at the time of the check-in. We will give you back the money at the check-out if everything is ok in the apartment.
